
Ever since 1973, when the first Acerinox technicians went to be instructed in the
manufacture of stainless steel at Shunan Works, Japan, continuous training has been one of the keys
to improving stainless steel production and for the success of the international
expansion.
The training courses, given by retired personnel, allow for the experience
gained by the most long-serving colleagues to be transferred to the less experienced. In this way
we ensure that the hand over to new generations, customary in all viable companies that want
maintain an enduring presence, enriches and enhances the competitiveness of our products and
processes.
